The SCREEN-WELL® Bioactive Lipid Library contains 190 bioactive lipids in a 96 well format. Ideal for screening or identifiying recombinant orphan G protein-coupled receptors, target validation, secondary screening, validating new assays and for routine pharmacological applications.

Applications:HTS

Contents:190 compounds including: Agonists & Antagonists, Endocannabinoids, Farnesyl/geranylgeranyl derivates, HETEs deHETEs, hepoxilins, Polyunsaturated fatty acids, Leukotrienes, lipoxins, LPA & phosphatidic acids, Octadecanoids, PAFs, Prostaglandins & thromboxanes, Retinoids, vitamin D metabolites, Sphingolipids.

Quantity:100 or 500µl per well.

Concentration:DMSO solutions (1.0 or 0.1mM, depending on compound).

Use/Stability:Stable for at least one year from the date of receipt when stored at -80°C.

Long Term Storage:-80°C
